how about my mixtape, “The Elephant Tape”?

So I made this mixtape with my friends back in 2019 when I decided I was going to produce, write, record, mix, master, and release a new song every week that year.

It was a great exercise in creativity for me and it brought out a lot of great new material (which you can hear throughout my discography from then and beyond).

But… towards the end of the year, a lot of things slowed down my momentum (typical work/life balance, taking care of myself, etc) and I started missing weeks.

The idea for “The Elephant Tape” came about when I decided to put together a body of work that would make up for those missed weeks.

A lot of my favorite songs (like “Explicit”, “Glowee”, “With That” and “Away”) are on this mixtape. It shows a wide range of versatility and dimension (and a few jokes… “Robot” and “Emo Song”, anyone?) that I’m really proud of.

The best way I can describe it is… unrestricted creative expression. Just having fun with it!
